1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

2. Important Condition

We strongly recommend making an unboxing video when opening your parcel. This helps us verify any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim.

The product must be returned with its original box, packaging, accessories, and tags, if applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after receiving the order

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • Damage caused after delivery

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved after inspection:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds may be made through Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available for damaged, defective, or wrong products

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer another suitable option or a refund, where applicable

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • For other approved returns, return shipping charges may apply.
